Power Yoga is a dynamic and challenging form of yoga that focuses on building strength, flexibility, and endurance. In a Power Yoga class, you can expect to move through a series of poses that are designed to increase your heart rate and build heat the body.

HIP-HOP DANCE FITNESS

An all-level dance fitness hip-hop class at Empower Movement Studio is a fun, high-energy 1-hour group workout designed to make fitness enjoyable for everyone, regardless of experience.  Set to upbeat hip-hop tracks, the session emphasizes rhythm, coordination, and self-expression.
